LoadYard is a neutral listing service. We publish listings submitted by users. We are not a broker, dispatcher, staffing agency, employer, contractor, agent, or payment processor, and we are not a party to any agreement formed between users.
We do not verify the identity, licensing, insurance, equipment condition, workmanship, or creditworthiness of any user or listing, including listings displaying an "insurance on file" badge, which reflects only the poster's own claim. You are solely responsible for vetting anyone you deal with — request certificates of insurance, verify licenses, and use written contracts.
All negotiations, contracts, work, transport, and payments occur directly between users and off this platform. Any dispute — including nonpayment, property damage, injury, delay, or quality of work — is strictly between the parties involved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadYard and its owners are not liable for any damages arising from use of the board or from any transaction between users.
LoadYard employs no workers and directs no work. Users who engage other users are solely responsible for lawful classification, contracts, tax treatment, insurance, and compliance with all applicable labor, licensing, transportation, and safety laws.
Listing and browsing are free during the launch period. Future paid features will be plainly disclosed before you're charged. LoadYard never takes a percentage of any job.
Any dispute with LoadYard itself will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive participation in any class action, to the extent permitted by law.
